At 87-millimeters underfoot, you can rest assured that this ski will give you all of the hard snow grip that will need when skiing the ever-changing conditions that you encounter when ski touring. Built with a light-weight wood core and Nano Basalt, which is an ultra-thin 0.3millimeter layer of Basalt fiber that provides incredible elasticity and shock absorption. The Escaper 87 also has NANO TI, which is an ultra-thin 0.4 millimeter of Titanal layer centralized underfoot for binding reinforcement and targeted edge grip. An ultra- light Air Tip help lesson that swing weight, and really helps when breaking trail. A V-Skin anchor located at the top of the skis tip is designed for easy to use and will keep your skins secure and keep them there, no matter how much use and abuse you put them through.
