Use the Firefly Blue Lamp Oil Dye to customize the style of your favorite Lamp Oil Candles. Create any shade and depth of Blue you like, or mix with other Lamp Oil Dye colors (available in Red, Blue, Yellow).

No longer do you need to buy EXPENSIVE pre-dyed lamp oil. Using the 3 primary colors, you can create any color you like.

Great for DIY crafts and homemade enthusiasts! Can also be used for a Liquid Light Show; Petroleum Solvent Dye for Coloring PVC Pipes; Bubbling Lava Lamps; Smokeless, Odorless Paraffin Lamp Oil; Candles; and Paraffin Wax. This Dye is extremely concentrated - this 3 pack of 10 ml bottles goes a long way!

This is Lamp Oil Dye and WILL NOT color the flame.

Word of Caution: Accidents do happen. This Lamp Oil Dye will stain clothing, skin, countertops, etc. So here are some tips if you spill the dye. Tackle the stain immediately. Lacquer thinner will remove the stain from hard surfaces; petroleum jelly and coconut oil from the skin; and non-acetate nail polish remover or toothpaste on a nail brush for under the nails. Clothing? An oil-based stain remover should do it. Just be careful!

 • INCLUDED: Three (3), Blue, 10 ml bottles per pack of Firefly Lamp Oil Dye, about 1/3 ounces.

 • SUGGESTED FUELS: Our Liquid Colored Lamp Oil Dye Drops have been tested with Smokeless Odorless Indoor Firefly Eco-Friendly Safe and Green, Paraffin Lamp Oil, CLEAN Lamp Oil and Tiki Torch Fuel.

 • INSTRUCTIONS: Cover your work area with paper towels. You will need several wooden toothpicks, your Firefly Oil-Based Dye, an oil candle or oil lamp, and Firefly Lamp Oil - Paraffin, Safe and Green or CLEAN, which are all available on Walmart. Follow these steps:
 • Create a small, protected work area with paper towels.

 • Fill your oil candle 3/4 full with Firefly Lamp Oil or just add the dye to the bottle of fuel.

 • Over the paper towel coat the tip of the toothpick with a small amount of dye. You can always add more. If too much, simply wipe on the paper towel.

 • Dip the toothpick into the oil candle and shake to incorporate the dye. Continue to add color until you get the desired depth of color. If creating a secondary color, simply use another toothpick with a new color and dip into the oil candle.
 • TIPS: Different dye colors have different viscosities. Please shake before using. The toothpick method works great for coloring small amounts of fuel. It lets you easily control the depth of color. If you are coloring a 16-oz. or 32-oz. bottle, you'll probably want to use a full drop or more depending on the depth of color you prefer.

 • WARNING: Firefly petroleum dye will not dissolve in kerosene-based products, bio-fuel or vegetable oils. This dye will stain whatever it lands on - your hands, carpet and other absorbing materials after all, it s DYE.

 • KEEP OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT: After coloring your Lamp Oil, do not place in direct sunlight as the colors will fade within a few weeks.
