For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts as per EN 14399-4 (bolt and nut) and EN 14399-6 (washer x2, min. 300HV hardness) are required. Nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use matching bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. Classified as K1, these sets are joined in a mixed manner (two joining stages). All necessary information is provided on the label for proper assembly.
