The 9.45 in. wide x 17.7" cast iron construction provides great heat retention and distributes heat evenly for delicious meals. Reversible, as one side is smooth and the reversed side is ribbed. The cast-iron cooking plate can do everything a griddle, skillet or grill can do. Great for frying bacon, cooking eggs, chicken, burgers, kebabs, tortillas, dosa, roti, pancakes, or just plain giving a steak a good sear. The cooking plate works on all gas or charcoal grills with a cooking surface larger than 10" x 18 in.
