Almost everything about the judiciary detailed in this four-part book would be unthinkable and impossible, if it were not all provably true.Part I: It Brazenly Protects Corrupt Judges From Being DisciplinedPart II: An Illicit Judicial Code Of Conduct Covertly Protects Corrupt JudgesPart III: The Second Circuit Protected A Corrupt NYS Judge From Being ExposedPart IV: The Supreme Court Systemically And Covertly Protects Corrupt JudgesNothing has been done by the judiciary to combat official judicial corruption over at least the last five decades. Moreover, that failure is multi-faceted and intentional.Further, nothing has been accomplished by any other institution to combat official judicial corruption. That includes Congress, which enacted a workable system for judicial discipline, just as it addressed the compromised official conduct of Supreme Court justices. Congress also enacted legislation creating civil liability for corrupt judges and corrupt police officers. But those efforts have been frustrated by the judiciary. The only time and effort expended by the judiciary to address official judicial corruption has been to hide its existence and to systemically protect corrupt judges. Even worse, the Supreme Court dishonestly advanced those efforts by protecting corrupt police officers through the doctrine of qualified immunity.Viewed in hindsight, the judges and justices who dishonestly created those systemic protections can be fairly characterized as judicial monsters in a real-life horror story. Sadly, the many citizens who have been victimized as a result are the protagonists in a nonfiction horror story in which the monsters are invincible and undefeated. The target audience for this nonfiction horror story is the one group that cannot be intimidated or incentivized to ignore or support the judiciary’s systemic protection of corrupt judges. That singular group is the public. The public is also the one audience that can serve as a catalyst for change – by motivating Congress and state legislatures to take action to regulate lawless conduct by or within the judiciary.Only through the expression of intense and sustained public outrage will any change in the status quo be possible. The necessary level of outrage can only be achieved by educating the public about the atrocities committed by the judiciary to protect corrupt judges from being exposed. So, the purpose of reading The Black Wall Of Silence is not to experience fear, as you would in reading a fictional horror story, but to experience increasing levels of anger as you progress through the book. What you need to take away from reading each part is your increasing anger about the immoral and unethical conduct of the judiciary in protecting corrupt judges. The reasons to be angry are clearly identifiable. So, all readers will be able to recognize them and to respond to them emotionally. The response of readers as they progress through the book might be:Part I: To be shocked and angry!Part II: To be furious and amazed!Part III: To be enraged and motivated!Part IV: Extreme outrage and contempt at the complicity of the Supreme Court justices and at the damage they are willing to inflict on our society to advance the personal interests of judges, including their own self interests. The cumulative impact on readers should be to become resolved that this cannot be allowed to continue! Achieving that state of consciousness requires that you personally experience The Black Wall Of Silence. It is not achievable second hand any more than you could experience the fear from a fictional horror story without reading it.Another product of reading the book will be the certainty that denials by or on behalf of the judiciary are nonsense and that those who make them are irredeemable. So, they should be viewed and treated as pariahs! If you agree, speak out! Read more
