• Function: The distance between the nozzle and the workpiece surface is adjustable between 120 to 150 mm. The self-fluxing alloy powder can be evenly sprayed onto the workpiece surface and melted by flame, forming a polished finish as the melting position is gradually moved. This process helps to polarize and disperse the alloy powder and create an adhesive layer.

• Working Temperature: Different alloys can be utilized to achieve varying properties of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Heat the acetylene flame on the workpiece to a temperature of 300-400 degrees Celsius.
• Note: Inconsistent particle size or moisture in the powder may lead to blockage of the powder valve switch. Please address any clogs promptly. Ensure to use dry powder for optimal performance. Regular cleaning of the spray gun is recommended to prevent air tube obstruction. When cleaning the tube hole, be sure to clear the powder feeder.
